AG Unik Property Services provides professional services including apartment turnover and

make-ready services, property maintenance and repair services, handyman services, and residential and commercial cleaning services. Our services are provided to apartments, condominiums, rental units, single-family homes, townhouses, and residential buildings throughout Chicago, Cook County, and DuPage County.

  1. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or request. Final pricing may change depending on property condition, additional labor required, material costs, or unexpected repairs discovered during service. Clients will be notified before additional work is performed whenever possible.

  1. Scheduling and Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed. If scheduled work cannot be completed due to lack of access, the client may be responsible for a service call or trip fee.

  1. Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the project or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted under Illinois law.

  1. Service Warranty

AG Unik Property Services strives to provide high-quality work and professional service. If a client believes a service was not completed properly, they should contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Warranty does not apply to pre-existing damage, structural issues, plumbing or electrical issues not part of the requested service, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

AG Unik Property Services performs services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, the company is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden structural or plumbing issues, damage caused by prior installations or repairs, or issues outside the scope of the requested service.

All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the property of AG Unik Property Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  1. Illinois Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes related to services provided by AG Unik Property Services shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Illinois courts.
